Reading Freckled and all content published on it is of your own free will. If you do not accept all of the following terms and conditions, then please cease to continue reading this blog. However, if you like what I write, or are just feeling particularly adventurous, then please stay.

I reserve the right to change the terms from time to time without given notice. It is nothing personal. Please check back here often, just incase.

The information given on Freckled is as true and up to date as possible to my knowledge, however, it is the readers responsibility to verify any information. Although not traits of mine, content within blog posts may become out of date, inaccurate or unreliable and I can not be held responsible, sorry. Please check any information before making plans, especially big ones such as driving for 5 hours to find out the restaurant I reviewed isn't open any more. I would hate it too, I'm here for you. This is especially true in the case of addresses, phone numbers, websites and opening hours, please double check them.

If you do happen to come across any information that you feel is incorrect, please do let me know and I will endeavour to change it as soon as possible. Unless I'm eating pizza because no-one should be separated from their pizza.

I am also not responsible for any impolite or offensive comments made on Freckled - though I am very sorry and will endeavour to delete them as soon as possible.

All information given on Freckled is for entertainment and general information purposes and I am not providing any advice that should be taken over that of your doctor, lawyer or your mother. All readers are responsible for their own actions taken after reading Freckled and you can not hold me accountable if your Mum shouts at you afterwards. You can come back and cry a little and I'll pat you on the back and say there there, but that's it.

Any personal or contact information that you provide will be kept completely private and will not be sold on to any third parties or other companies. Your information will also not be sold on to spam lists, because I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

However I am not responsible for the privacy practices of any of my advertisers or blog commenters.

I reserve the right to change the focus of the blog, shut it down, sell it or change the terms of use (go to a paid platform) at my own discretion. 

I also reserve the right to edit or delete any comments that I find inappropriate, impolite or offensive without notice. Please keep any negative comments to yourself, they hurt my feelings and I'm delicate.

Advertisers and Sponsors

I am not responsible for the actions of my advertisers and sponsors. Any advertisements that do appear on Freckled will be clearly labeled for your knowledge. I will do my best to work with advertisers that I believe in and offer products that I feel are beneficial for my readers. Maintaining an honest and open relationship with my readers is my first priority and I will never take your trust for granted.

Any products that I have not paid for will be clearly marked with an * on the blog post/individual item. However, any opinions or comments given on these products will not be affected and will still be an honest and true representation of my opinions. Items that have been specifically given to me will be disclosed and I will present both the good and bad points of any products that I am asked to review.

If you wish me to review any product/visit your restaurant, please contact me, but please bear in mind this disclaimer.

Letters to the Editor

All letters, messages, tweets or e-mails will be greeted with much blushing and modesty and I will show my Mum. Some of these may be shared, unless it is specifically requested otherwise. They may also be used in the future if needed, again unless it is specifically requested otherwise.
